Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Bacon and Egg Spaghetti:
- Instead of 6 slices of bacon, I add a pound of bacon. You can’t go wrong with more bacon!
- I drain about half of the bacon grease before adding the pasta.
- Some of the time, I sprinkle the top with dried chives when I don’t have any fresh chives on hand.

- Don’t overcook the eggs. Make sure they are runny since the yolks become the sauce. So yummy!
