Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry


It’s safe to say that I am a fan of stir fry…quick, healthy, easy to throw together with whatever leftover veggies you may happen to have on hand. This Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry offers a little variation with the some added ginger. Quite tasty…we like it 🙂

Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry:

  • substituted venison steaks for flank steaks
  • doubled the amount of broccoli
  • used 1/2 tsp ground ginger instead of 2 teaspoons of fresh

Tips from Cooking After Class for making Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry:

  • Kenxie likes this topped with sesame seeds…it’s also tasty with added cashews, water chestnuts, mushrooms, or snow peas.
  • Can be served over rice, noodles, quinoa, or cauliflower rice
