It did make a fairly big batch of pasta. In the future, I think I may consider halving the recipe and instead serving it with a side of veggies or maybe a side salad. The kids would insist on garlic bread as well.
Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Baked Pasta with Sausage:
- I used mild Italian sausage instead of hot turkey sausage links
- I omitted basil because I didn’t have any on hand

- bulk sausage works too…then you don’t have to take the time to remove the casings
