I've made Korean Beef Bowls in the past that we really liked but this Bibimbap recipe was different because it added in a TON more veggies than the other recipes. I LOVE veggies so this recipe was perfect for me.
Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Korean Beef Bibimbap:
- ground ginger instead of fresh
- cut back on the sriracha so it wasn't too spicy for the kids
- substitute venison for ground beef
Tips from Cooking After Class for making Korean Beef Bibimbap:
- Plan on a little extra time...the original recipe says 30 minutes. It took me longer especially with prepping all the fresh veggies.
- I sauteed all veggies together and it worked fine :)
