Loving this new Sourdough Cracker recipe that we found. The crackers are like cheese it's, only better and you know exactly what ingredients go into them. Quite a tasty snack!
This sourdough recipe can be made without any wait time. Simply bring your discard to room temperature and then make the dough.
I roll the dough out as thin as I can. I roll it out between two silicone liners so it doesn't stick. Once it is rolled out, I flip the liners and then slowly peel back the top liner. The dough it stuck to the bottom liner. No need to peel it off. Just slice into squares directly on the liner with a pizza cutter. Put the liner back on a baking pan and place into the oven. The crackers separate as they bake.
Bake until the crackers are crispy. If the outer crackers are cooking more quickly, remove them from the baking pan when they are done and then place the remaining crackers back into the oven until the are crispy. I like to sample all the outside edges that aren't perfect squares :)
